Star Power Spotlight: Hinckley Allen

What began in 2019 with colleagues from the New Hampshire office participating in a local 5K has grown into a powerful, firmwide partnership between Hinckley Allen and Girls on the Run Greater Boston. Today, team members across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire come together to volunteer, mentor, sponsor, and champion girls throughout the region.

A driving force behind this partnership has been the firm’s Women’s Forum, led by dedicated champions, Meaghan Krupa and Michelle Peirce. Seeking an organization where the firm could make a meaningful impact through both sponsorship and hands-on engagement, Girls on the Run immediately stood out. The mission to inspire confidence, leadership, and life skills in young girls closely aligns with the firm’s values and commitment to equity, and inclusion.

What makes this partnership especially meaningful is the enthusiasm and consistency of the people behind it. Attorneys and staff across offices show up year after year, volunteering at 5Ks, serving as running buddies, mentoring participants, and supporting sponsorship efforts. The energy and commitment team members bring to every event reflects a genuine passion for empowering girls and strengthening the community.

For the Hinckley Allen team, some of the most powerful moments come at the finish line. Watching runners cross the 5K finish surrounded by encouragement, excitement, and celebration is a reminder of the lasting impact the program creates.

Girls on the Run provides far more than physical activity; it helps girls build resilience, communication skills, confidence, and a strong sense of self during a critical time in their lives.

Beyond Girls on the Run, Hinckley Allen employees continue to activate their “Star Power” through volunteerism, mentorship, pro bono work, and community engagement initiatives that create meaningful impact across the communities they serve. Girls on the Run Greater Boston is grateful for Hinckley Allen’s continued support and commitment to local girls - Thank you!
